Sareesh Rawat, Esq.

Sareesh Rawat is a Government Contracts Attorney who has represented and provided counsel on U.S. Federal Contracts matters to domestic and multinational firms in diverse sectors, including information systems & technology, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, real estate, and logistics. Sareesh is the principal owner and founder of TILLIT LAW PLLC, a law firm he established in February 2021 as a solo-practice focused on assisting businesses contract with and litigate against the U.S. federal government. Sareesh is experienced in federal procurement litigation before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Boards of Contract Appeals, and Federal Courts.

Before obtaining his license to practice law, Sareesh has held senior managerial positions developing successful pricing structures and bid strategies for federal contractors of all sizes, while receiving several industry awards and recognitions in the process. His extensive experience with the bid and proposal development process gave him a deep understanding of the unique challenges and pitfalls that contractors face in winning and performing on U.S. federal contracts.

Sareesh’s practical legal experience and public procurement-focused legal training ensure that his clients have an edge in U.S. federal contracts litigation. He proudly counsels his federal contractor clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters spanning the entire procurement lifecycle. Sareesh is the exclusive Government Contracts & Procurement Law member of the Global Referral Network for Washington, D.C. Sareesh maintains a small pro-bono practice focusing on serving veterans in their appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
